Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING AT SHANNIE’S BEAUTY ZEN DEN LLC: LATE POLICY: clients running late 15 minutes or more will be charged $10 towards their service fee for the inconvenience. CANCELLATION: clients that cancel but reschedule their appointment the same day won’t be penalized . Clients that cancel without rescheduling will be banned for the remainder of that month. Your following appointment after a cancellation will require a deposit in order to reserve a spot. NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY: You will be charged 50% of your service charge to the card on file. RESCHEDULES: one reschedule a month is accepted. You will be required to pay a deposit for your next booking.Any additional reschedules you will be banned for the remainder of that month. You will be-able to resume booking the start of a new month.
